ABOUT ME
I’m Alex, a certified personal trainer and future Doctor of Physical Therapy student. I created TMPLO for people who know they need to change their health, but feel stuck because of pain, past injuries, or high prices. My goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and do it in an affordable, sustainable way.
My Philosophy of Movement
You were designed to move. Your body was built in a way where movement becomes medicine. In today’s sedentary culture, many of us struggle with chronic pain, low energy, and ongoing health issues—not because our bodies are broken, but because they aren’t moving enough. Less movement leads to more pain, which leads to even less movement. This cycle leaves people knowing they need to get healthier, but unsure where to start. That’s where I come in. I help you build muscle that makes you look strong and feel strong, improve your mobility, and teach you how to move with confidence.
My Experience
I’ve trained consistently for over eight years, developing a deep respect for movement and the body’s ability to adapt and improve.
For the past year, I’ve coached people of all ages and experience levels and earned certifications as a Stretch Professional and as an ACSM Personal Trainer.
As a lifelong student of movement, I’ll be continuing my education through Simmons University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program over the next three years.
Why "TMPLO Movement?"
Your body is designed with intention. It is your temple, and it deserves to be stewarded well. At TMPLO, it’s not just about losing fat or “getting jacked.” It’s about helping people build a lifestyle of intentional movement—with proper guidance—so they can get more out of life, do what they love, and serve others well for the long term.
