COACHING

In-Person Coahing

Best for poeople who want hands-on guidance, accountability, and a personalized approach to strength, mobility, and pain-free movement. Each session is 60 minutes.

Hybrid Coaching

Best for people with busy schedules, tighter budgets, or people who want guidance without needing to be in the gym multiple times per week. We'd meet once per week, and the rest of the week would be online.

Online Coaching

Self-motivated individuals who want expert guidance but don’t need in-person sessions. You'd be added to my coaching app and receive detailed programs with 24-hr access to me, meal plans, and detailed coaching videos.

ASSISTED STRETCHING

Assisted stretching sessions are one-on-one sessions focused on improving mobility, reducing muscle tension, and helping your body move more freely. Using guided, hands-on stretching and breath work, we target tight or restricted areas to improve range of motion and support recovery. Personalized Programs

Want a detailed program without ongoing coaching? I offer customized training programs that remove the guesswork. Each program is tailored to your experience level, available equipment, and schedule, and includes instructional videos for most exercises so you can train with confidence. Programs range from 4–16 weeks. Pricing starts at $10/week.
